I love your pictures, and your daily journaling. I would like to take a moment to comment on your header statement referring to regret. Or is it something that can and should be avoided by either adopting a more mindful approach to living or by challenging or changing ones thinking style after the regrettable incident? Regret IS something one should not fear. There is great experience to be learned, in the firm knowledge that there is no gain without pain?
